We were there just a short time Pros: We were happy with everything Location: Perfect so easy to get to the airport We did not participate in any of the extras from the hotel because we arrived late and left early. But we were happy with everything we saw. The layout of the room was wonderful.
Close to airport The hotel was very close to the Orlando Airport. Unfortunately the shuttle ends at 11pm, so we had to take a taxi, but it was only about $9.00. Check in was quick. The room was comfortable and very clean. Breakfast in the morning was ok....not spectacular but it did the trick for a quick bite before heading out.
Great Location for Dining and Airport Pros: Location to airport and dining, cleanliness, pool, free hot breakfast, free airport shuttle. Cons: Process to reimburse guests who paid in advance and didn't receive the room type they paid for. Pros: Nice hotel - clean, lovely outdoor swimming pool, very nice hot breakfast included! Check in was extremely fast and efficient even though there was only one person at the desk and several people in line to check in. Room was clean and comfortable. Quiet, safe area.
Nice stay Pros: Cleanliness, location Cons: Smell in hallways and elevator Location: restaurants, UCF (12 miles, direct drive), airport shuttle The room was clean and not smoked in, but the hallway was smelly from smokers (I am very picky about smell. It didn't bother my co-traveler). The walls blocked most noise from both inside and outside the hotel. We did hear a plane or two, but as this hotel is near the airport, that is to be expected. Got stuck with a smoking room. They were out of nonsmoking rooms when we arrived. Our clothes stunk like smoke the next day. It was disgusting.
Very friendly staff. Very welcoming. Would stay here again.
Convenient place to stay.... Pros: Great staff, convenient, breakfast included and close to Longhorne Cons: Don't think you can fix the thin walls. But you could fix the pillows. The pillows aren't great. They are all soft and puffy with no support. Location: Longhorne and IHOP are so close it's not worth taking your car. There was also a 'spa' next to IHOP for mani pedis. close to the airport Pros: close to airport Cons: more pleasant staff but desk clerk looked overworked Location: airport This was a transition hotel for me - meaning I wanted to be close to the airport after practically traveling the entire state of Florida. Place was ok, but nothing to write home about, myself - I wouldnt spend my entire vacation here but I don't stay in Orlando anyway. Didn't do much other than arrive late and leave early, didnt even have breakfast.
