La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham in Disrepair In 2022 my wife & I had an overnight stay here, the property was in very good condition and the extended 7 day parking for our POV was reasonable, at about $6 a day. Fast forward to December 2024 and we did another overnight waiting for an early flight out of MCO. However, this time the property had seriuosly deteriorated and was in general disrepair, the bathroom ceiling in our room had mold with broken tiles and the towel hanger gone off the wall.
