Okay for a short stay Keys didn't work in door, relocated rooms first time and second time, staff "worked it" and it finally opened. Check in was fast except for the door issue. Rooms, elevators and white metal room doors were stained, had dents, and looked worn. Room was overall comfortable and convenient location to airport was a value.
The property was great and convenient, close to the Orlando airport with a shuttle service. The shuttle drivers were great, helpful, and friendly. Also, the front desk managers were very helpful and accommodating.
Had a great experience every thing was nice and clean and love the communication. Will definitely stay again .
I had made a mistake on the day of our arrival, and the staff changed it for me no problem. Rooms are dated and doors don’t close easily. Elevator was out on our side but didn’t mind taking the stairs. Very pleasant for a 1 night stay
Great property
Just staying one night before flying home. The hotel was slightly dated the hot tub was colder than the pool. The room was clean and for the price point in the airport area it served our needs for one night. Would stay again
The property was nice, and there were no complaints. The only inconvenience was that one of the elevators was temporarily unavailable.
Elevator didn't work, two handicapped had to walk two long hallways to get to room.
