The staff were super helpful. The property itself was antiquated. It needs a face lift and some modernization. Our room was nice, clean and comfortable.

A little disorganized at check in. The reason we chose this location was because it was close to the airport and it provided shuttle transportation in the early AM. At check in I told the service desk that we needed shuttle early because our flight departure was at 7:20. The check in person said 5:00 am and I said that perfect he said call down in the am. We went down to lobby before 4:00 am and was told the 5, 5:30, and 6:00 already full why didn't you the shuttle sheet when you checked in. We where never told anything abou... read more
