Just OK for one night stay. Would not book beyond a few. Bed was OK, bathroom had speckled all over the floor either from the ceiling or just not swept. The bathroom showed it's age and wear. Breakfast was meh.

Very nice room, air conditioner did not cool well
It was decent. Older building. Wasn’t as clean as it could’ve been. Stain on our bed spread and dried up liquid (coffee?) that dripped down the wall next to the bed. Our room phone didn’t work at all. The pet fees on Expedia do not match those of the hotel. Hotel charges per dog, per night. They would not honor what Expedia has listed, which is per accommodation, per night. What I expected to pay in pet fees ended up being double with 2 dogs.
