My stay was good except for the way I was treated by the manager. Manager did not respond in a timely manner nor did he take any accountability or apologize when a bag of my belongings was thrown out by staff. Most of the items were recovered but some were not. The pool was ice cold, it should be noted in the hotel’s description that the pool is not heated. The hot tub was pleasant. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Exceptional 없음 방이 몹시 넓고 깨끗했다. 완벽한 부엌에 발코니까지 있어서 너무 좋았고, 조식도 맛있었다
Staff and location is great, but facilities needs an upgrade. Carpets in the rooms and old (you should change to wooden floor which are much better and hygienic ) and the AC is not central. Also the bed mattress needs to be changed and they were curved in both beds. Staff was great, helpful and polite.
