DECEPCIONANTE Llame al front dos días después del check out, para notificar que había dejado en mi habitación una ropa. Tuve que llamar al siguiente día ya que la Housekeeping se había retirado. Nuevamente llamo al siguiente día, y me notifican que en efecto allí tenían la ropa, pregunto si puedo recogerla en cualquier horario y me responden que si. Wonderful
Ok for the price, but could use a little help. The hotel smelled and appeared clean until we entered our room. Our room smelled like a dirty gym sock. Very musky. A bit of mold under the edge of the nonslip mat in the bathroom. The beds were not very comfortable. However, breakfast was good. Staff was very friendly.
