my stay in Lake Mary Broken toilet seat, cleaning staff had to have known about it. if they reported it, nothing was done. the bathroom mirror was absolutely horrible, smudges, you could see the wiping swipes when the light was on. No idea when the mattress was last changed out…very soft now and you can see the middle and edging sagging. Quite, pleasant staff

Had a great visit and the staff was very accomodating! Understand COVID has forced us all to make changes. If the breakfast could have been a hot one it would have been better. The size of the room was great for two adults and two children. It was very clean and all items worked. Breakfast was enough for the start of the day.
