Awesome No realizaron aseo ni cambio de toallas en 5 noches/6 días que estuvimos en el hotel. Ubicación única; lugar muy tranquilo y residencial; relativamente cerca de todo.

Fair stay but I expected more The room had roaches, the mattress and pillows are not comfy at all. Everyone left after the stay with muscle aches especially neck and upper shoulders Breakfast was good and sufficient but the staff some days stopped stocking the food after 08:30

Very good. The coffee machine in the room is a little bit dirty in the top of part. there is not enough toast machine in the dinning area. the room is bigger than we expected, and the whole hotel is very clean.

It was not the best. Due to the fact that we could use the desk because of wet floor. A better customer service. A better care of the facility. I have called the front desk for a soaking wet carpet due to the air conditioner unit. And no one didn't even mind show up and check on it. We have to stay in half part of the room. So we don't get out stuff wet. Wall paper pulling off the wall in the hallway. Just need a better maintenance. Location, calmness. Breakfast can be better but l understand we still in COVID erea.

Very quiet and close enough to downtown Orlando that you get some peace with your excitement. The bathroom door was a double door with no locking mechanism on the inside. The room was plenty big and just as comfortable. the staff was very friendly.
