Acceptable if wanting to get the best price and willing to accept some shortcomings Room had a pullout sofa bed, which the mattress was soiled and worn - and there was no bed linen in the room for the sofa bed. Guests in other rooms were loud into late evening hours; required staff to come to their room and warn them about noise. Walking down hallway could smell cigarettes and marijuana, even though hotel is a no-smoke facility. Elevator by reception desk did not work for over a day.
