Simple and comfortable It wasn't an " oh my gosh!" Moment, but "it ok for an overnight stay" The bed was older it wasn't as "plump" as I have had in the past. The comforters was old but everything was cleaned so that was great. The tub was a bit out dated. It was definitely older and not white as I would have expected but clean. Very Good I decieded to extend my stay and was not told I would be paying a different price ended up paying 179 for a night charging my card with out being told when I was originally paying 80

I stayed here because I was taking Amtrak the next day and it was close. Couldn't regulate the air temperature in the room. It was just stuck on and could not be used. We couldn't make it a little warmer. Except for that it was good. I have stayed in other La Quinta's before and was satisfied. Had a bag breakfast because of the COVID. Room was very clean.

Broken lock The deadbolt on the room door wouldn't lock. I pushed harder on the door, I used my knee & foot to push the door harder & it still wouldn't latch. I called the desk to report it. She offered to move me to another room but I was already settled in for the night. So I just asked her to be sure & have maintenance fix it. Oh, there wasn't any TV guide. Very enjoyable I'd stay again. Rooms are nice and big.. clean.. Wish the pool was somewhere where there was more sun most of the day. Switch my two comments because it looks like the titles got switched. Not a great breakfast to be honest... Even in a bag it could've been better. I didn't like that even tho we weren't being served I couldn't get a breakfast bag after 9)10a.. Whatever the breakfast hours are. I can understand if you have to do cleanup etc you need to have a cut off.. But why should I have to get up early to j... read more
