I have an appointment in Lake Mary in six months and I'll be back. No complaints. Kit at the front desk was very helpful. The cleaning staff were friendly and also do their job. My room was up to my specs and they're pretty high. It was also a very comfortable room. Traveling alone I felt safe at night in the parking lot. I also found my room was very quiet on both sides and above me and I know people were in them. That's very important to me!

Nice place, clean and convenient. Hotels and restaurants need to be a bit more cognizant of the fact that many of us do not eat meat. My friend is a vegan to boot. As for myself, I was OK with a banana and a coffee. This is just a suggestion, not so much a criticism.

Clean and convenient. I wish the mattress had had a deep pillow top. As it was my back was unhappy during the night and in the morning. Also I asked the Desk Staff for an extra luggage rack and was told there were none. When there is more than one traveler there should always be more than one rack available. The pillows were excellent.
