Pleasant surprise. Loved the room arrangement. Very un-hotel like yet compact and efficient.
Clean hotel, but.... I had made a request, near elevator or handicapped room as I was using a walker. The reason we stayed at the hotel was for the accommodations. The bathroom toilet was so low, I couldn't stand up on my own. After trying to call the desk for fifteen minutes, my husband walked there and voiced concern. We were explained all the toilets were the same height. Even in the handicap room and he replied, yes. That is against the rules and we were disappointed.
