Pleasant Hair in eggs and hot tub wasn't working and they didn't try to fix it we ended up fixing it ourselves Quiet

It was pleasant. The room was clean and comfortable. Too many pets and one was too noisy (finally calmed down after an hour or so). The first room we were assigned had a bad odor, so we requested another one and the 2nd room was fine, clean and quiet. We had no other problems and enjoyed our stay. Also, the wifi worked, so that was a plus. We have visited this hotel several times because of its' ideal location for our appointments.
