Exceptional "I experienced disappointing service from a male housekeeping staff member. He showed a poor attitude when asking if I required room service. In addition, he did not identify himself as housekeeping and knocked on the door very hard, which I found unprofessional and discourteous." Smell clean.

Great value, nice and clean, will definitely stay again. They don’t have wash clothes. Just hand towels and large towels. Not a huge thing but we made do. I did book a king with a sofa on the first reservation (not sure if this is the first review or the second bc I booked concurrent) and we didn’t receive one but it was fine, no biggie there. I had a mishap on the first day that I was supposed to be there and both the manager and booking.com promised to help take care of. And I never heard back from either after multiple co... read more
