Orlando trip On our last night, July 5th, we had to listen to someone's child running back and forth while screaming. It sounded as if it was in the hall, but when I looked, there was never anyone in the hall. I finally figured out it was coming from room 512. I called downstairs and complained, and she came upstairs and spoke to the people. I appreciated the effort. However, the noise continued. Exceptional Everything was just right. Everything was clean and the staff was very welcoming. We always stay here its just so comfortable. I recommend it to friends and family.
It was just an okay stay Barking dogs in middle of night, trash in halls , uncomfortable bed , woke up with bites on body. Beds were super small so my significant other had to sleep on the floor while I slept with the baby and my other 2 kids were in a bed The breakfast was good. We had cheese omelette and sausage. The staff was super kind.
