Adequate for a short stay but could be better Room could have been cleaner. One member of our group was stabbed in the foot by a piece of broken glass that was left on the carpet. Beds were old and uncomfortable and the bedding had stains everywhere. Pillows were hard. Shower needs a major upgrade. The water pressure for the shower was very low and the shower curtain had an unpleasant odor. Decent location and price. Rooms were large and had everything you expect from a hotel chain.

Cleanliness and safety are both important to us and you exceeded in both Room was very clean and very large. The Staff was very attentive. The Breakfast was delicious. The pool was nice. Very accommodating. If I had any negative issues pit would be that the hot tub was closed and that was disappointing. As I indicated the pool was lovely but it needed to be skimmed, stuff floating on top

Very Good Our old standby could use a refresh. The upholstered chair in our room was stained and sketchy. Pet friendly rooms should probably have laminate flooring instead of carpet. There was a temporarily unhoused individual who waited by the back door to gain entry, which gave us an uneasy feeling, but at the same time, folks are hurting out there. The price was a good value.

Wonderful
Clean and comfortable, nice location in Lake Mary The pool was supposed to be heated but was very cold and the hot tub was not working. They also do not make up the rooms at all unless you stay 4 nights The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast had lots of choices.
