The room was NOT cleaned properly, if even cleaned at all. There were ants all over the bathroom counters, which could occur due to weather change in Florida. But as a Well known establishment, I feel that is something that could/should have been rectified. I liked everything. It was my second time here. My husband and I booked this hotel, but his flight was canceled, so there was only me. I was waiting for my husband's flight till 3 am. and didn't sleep well. The front desk staff provided me an extra 3 extended hours to stay for free. I appreciate it a lot. I was able to sleep. The breakfast was enough for me. You will find the omelets, bread, bagels, cream cheese, batter, cereals, milk, waffles, oranges, coffee, and beverages. Free parking is available. I reserved a room just for the night before going to the Sanford airport, which is only 20 minutes away. It was the best decision, the room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the check-in was-smoothly. I would definitely stay here again. The only negative to say about this hotel is that you reserved the room. I realize check in is at 3pm and if you don't check in by 9pm on the day of the reservation they will cancel it, unless you call and let them know you will be late.

Good large room, nice N clean. The mini fridge froze my drinks and had ice all in the freezer part. The elevator was a bit funky and very slow. They offer a hot breakfast, which is nice as not many hotels offer that anymore. Otherwise, a great place would go there again.

Beautifully remodeled, friendly helpful staff, secluded but close to extensive shopping and restaurants. Lighting in the room was well located and bright enough read comfortably, The only criticisms are overhead light in the accessible bath being low powered leaving the room dim and supply of towels and breakfast items a little hit and miss. . (TooJays Bakery in Lake Mary has wonderful breakfasts)
