It was a little bit out of the way for our trip to Houston (about 30 minutes from downtown) but the place was over all nice. It looked newly renovated and very clean. The neighborhood it was by looked kind of sketchy but it was a good stay. The staff seemed a little bit to themselves but I one was rude. I overall liked the place and would stay there again.

GOOD -When I booked I noticed the check in time. I was coming in town for a Funeral & leaving first thing in the morning. I put in request for earlier check in. They were booked the night before. I called & let them know when I was 2 hours away. I arrived & Jessica was working the front desk. She said they had my room ready I had to get to the Funeral before 3:00 & had time to get ready. Honestly, one of the worst hotels ever ever been to. The rooms were dirty. The tub was dirty. It was a roach in the room, and had I had known that it was right in front of an energy plant, I would have not went there. I was visiting houston for the weekend, and my friend picked the hotel but I know I would never go back there again.

Had the best experience at this hotel. The staff was AMAZING. Everything fresh and clean. Slept great on a comfortable bed! I am a happy customer and will be back!

1. The room was not quite ready, it came with missing hair dryer, wrong number of towels, and missing iron. The front desk was able to immediately make up for it though. 2. The telephone was broken, you can only hear the sound and not able to talk to the front desk. 3. One lady’s service was considerably not quite satisfactory. She lacked friendly communication and immediate response. Overall, this is a hotel with great location and access to highway.
