Overwhelmed Staff The Hotel was severely understaffed and the two ladies at the front desk were doing everything. The desk, the breakfast, laundry and housekeeping. They deserve better. A raise and some additional help. From a Monday check in to our Thursday check out, our room was not cleaned. As cleaning days are Tuesday and Thursday. The cleaning crew was a skeleton staff as well. It was a sweet breakfast in a bag.( a fruit, Danish, apple juice, water and granola bar). Peaceful, Great scenery and close to everything that I needed Washing machine was broken. The General manager is top notch. Very professional. She makes the overall experience Wonderful.
Great Location for the price! The backdoor glass came out and was a bit dangerous. Other than that, great place to stay Location. The room was really large and well apportioned. Great bathroom amenities!
