Nice stay and friendly staff. Too much carpet in the room. I have allergies and prefer a hardwood floor or no carpet, I think it was a nice hotel. However, I prefer to have no carpet in the room. Cleanliness and comfort were all satisfactory. The staff were very friendly and did a great job!

It was good except for the breakfast. The elevator was not working correctly. The breakfast left a lot to be desired, no eggs or sausage both times I went down for breakfast. The staff was very friendly and the facilities were nice and clean. We were treated very well.

Good Difficult to find. Lighted sign off could not see location in dark from direction we came. Clean, good breakfast

Very Good My phone couldn't get no connection without WiFi. And they need to change the check out time that's on the wall by the door that's saids 12 but paper receipt says 11. Confusing. The suite was nice and big especially for the rate.

Laquinta Broadway The location was perfect for the situation. They even offered to upgrade my room which was not needed. The desk clerk was very friendly which made me feel very good. The room was very clean and the bathroom was as well. I would definitely stay here again. My view was of a vacant lot next to the hotel.
