Good value for the money. They could of have a better stock of orange juice and more attentive food handler The breakfast was good but they ran out of orange juice to soon.
Very Good my room wasn’t cleaned when I went out, I asked the housekeeper for towels never got them had to go to the service desk the lady said she would bring them, but never did so I went back to ask for the towels she was sitting down have lunch with her parents the room size
Pleasant The hotel was noisy, not from guest, but , sounded like walls were loud. A/c unit or machinery was noisy , throughout stay. Location, room was nice.
Exceptional That to pay cash I had to put down $100 more for deposit cause I didn't pay with a card. Wasn't a big deal, just saying Friendly staff, clean room, didn't smell like smoke/marijuana like some hotels do
Exceptional Nothing All of the staff were really great and professional. Made our stay excellent. It was my first time in Pearland Texas and won't be my last.

Pleasant The pillows were very flat and uncomfortable. The water was luke warm. It did not get hot enough in the shower. It was almost cold. The staff was not at the front desk for most of the time. When we arrived we waited for the staff for over 10 minutes to check in. Not enough bedding. It was very thin. No blankets were in the room. Breakfast was 6-9. The TV was out of date and small. I liked the price. Very affordable. The location was good.
