Bad Had to change rooms because the first room wasn't cleaned yet. No secure internet. Clerk didn't care . Cold water for morning shower. Not happy for the price. Nothing

Horrible/Useless Customer Service - Don't waste your time WRONG CHARGES ON THE CREDIT CARD - NO RESOLUTION OFFERED. The stay was ok, nothing special, and the room had a bit of a humid smell, but ok for 1 night. Then I was charged 2 times on my card. When calling them to understand what were the 2 charges, they said 1 was a no-show because I didn't show up until midnight. Since I checked in after midnight they charged me a no-show and then a new charge as a new reservation, which is absurd, as I only slept there 1 night and c... read more

It was a place to hang my hat and convenient but not impressive otherwise. Dirty and had some pest issues probably largely the result of not being clean. In a somewhat quiet area and convenient to meeting I was attending at convention center.
Convenient and hospitable, family and pet friendly. Room: Soap size way too small and/or quantity not enough, we found small roaches (2) in toilet area and bedroom, we were welcomed by a heap of garbage overflowing the bin just as you exit the elevator, this can be a separate function/facility provided by the hotel for those wishing to dispose of large quantities of garbage, people do a lot of shopping around this time of year.
