The staff was so nice, sweet, caring. The facilities could use some refurbishment. The facilities are run down. An exterior door was broken. There were garbage cans left in the hallway right near my room. There were caution cones left out all day. The hotel appears worn in general. location was near my destination

kurzer Aufenthalt zum Shopping in der Umgebung Erstes Zimmer: Dusche defekt ; es roch recht muffig im Zimmer - nach Reklamation wegen der Dusche wurde schnell ein anderes Zimmer zur Verfügung gestellt. zweites Zimmer: es scheint ein Problem mit Ungeziefer dort zu geben; zwei Schaben wurden eingefangen und in der Toilette entsorgt. Generell war es nicht sehr sauber, was natürlich nicht nur am Hotel liegt (Essensreste auf der Nottreppe). Ungewöhnlich auch: kein einziges Mal Zimmerservice in drei Tagen. deve ter melhores na regiao cheiro dos quartos de carpete molhado estava terrivel. funcionario da recepção que estava na noite do dia 5 de maio de 23 as 21h foi muito mal educado, pedi orientação de onde tinha agua e ele estava jogando no celular, mal me respondeu. quarto grande, boa localização do hotel em regiao tranquila.

Not a family hotel The thickness of the walls are horrible. My husband and I woke up at 2 am to the neighbor having sex very loudly. Luckily our 6year old son didn’t wake up. You need to have breakfast earlier for those that leave for early flights. Close to airport
