Fair Depois de um longo vôo noturno, cheguei mais cedo no hotel e mesmo tendo disponibilidade de quartos a recepção não me deixou fazer um "early check-in" num quarto da mesma categoria. Disse que tinha poucos funcionários trabalhando no hotel e por isso, o quarto estaria disponível somente no horário do check-in. É claro que o hotel não tinha obrigação nenhuma em aceitar meu "early check-in", mas se recusar a fazer algo, quando se pode fazer, é bem distante da cultura "Count on Me" que rede divulga em seu site corporativo. ... read more

HORRIBLE EVERYTHING NOTHING
Disappointing The hotel room seemed dirty, the shower and the bathroom were gross and did not seem clean at all

It was very uncomfortable!!!! The wall between our room and the one next door was paper thin and we could hear their conversation as if we were sitting in there room. We were awaken in the early morning because of the above reason. Terrible experience!

Fair I arrived 30 minutes before they didn't want to check me in. 5 minutes later a pair of the same color from the staff arrived and were served. I made the claim to the person (a woman) and she replied "I don't care"-I won't go back there, I pay for good care and there isn't any there Before I had visited it was cleaner and better attention.
