Staff was friendly, coldest AC I’ve ever used. Pillows are very uncomfortable. Not a bad stay for the price for a nice location. We did have to go up and down a few times because the keys had issues and one of the rooms assigned had a shattered mirror, which was not safe for kids.

This place was just ok. It just barley clean. The furniture was definitely old, and the bed was super uncomfortable. It was like i didn't get a good night sleep because i was just waiting for the bugs to crawl out on me. That's the feeling i had all night. For the record i never seen any bugs. But you can tell they were lurking. The staff was nice and there was free parking and wifi. It just was an old run down not really clean room. Doubt i woukd stay here again

Beautiful hotel and staff. The staff is awesome. Every last one of them made you feel welcomed and made sure we were accommodated. Great rooms nice and clean and they offer complimentary breakfast. Would definitely refer to this location.

People working at the hotel were nice. There was only one elevator and it was very slow and often full. Our room had one light that just flickered constantly (I unscrewed the bulb), no toilet paper holder, no kleenex, no working plugs on the desk light and a drawer in the dresser that wouldn’t stay closed (banged my knee on it every time I got up in the night). We have stayed at this property twice before and this will be our last. It is run down, has much deferred maintenance and the staff is less than interested in guest comfort or service. Our room keys stopped working twice during our 3-night stay and the front desk staff did not apologize and on one occasion did not even ask for ID before providing a new key. Breakfast was unattended on Saturday; coffee, eggs, meat all out; juices marked as not operational but some people disregarded the signs and were able to serve get juice ... read more
