Excellent The pictures made the hotel look bigger The jacuzzi was nice
Everything was nice and clean. Just an unfortunate time to travel with the pandemic in place. There were some sketchy looking people loitering in the parking lot late at night. But I called the front desk and they were right on it!! Great job! Didn’t get breakfast due to Covid. They did have bags to go but chose to eat out. I have to say that I was very thankful for the staff. I left all my medication in the room and was notified the same day. I will stay here again. There was nothing I didn't like. Very very nice didn't get to try breakfast cause slept in but I bet it was great like everything else.
Clean but uncomfortable and impersonal. The bed was uncomfortable. There does not seem to be any air circulation on the 3rd floor hallway or elevator. One elevator at the far end of the building. No staff member told us about the bagged breakfast available since the breakfast area was closed down and free breakfast was advertised, I would love to have know that fact. The facility looked nice. It seemed very clean.
Overall pleasant stay other than not getting any sleep. They need to buy new pillows for the rooms and there was only one AC vent in our bedroom. The thermostat was on the wall very close to the vent in the living room area. So, our bedroom was warm even though we had the thermostat set to 72 degrees. So, I didn't sleep well. The hotel was quiet and clean. The man at the front desk was very helpful and friendly.
