Pleasant Breakfast was terrible experience all 3 days. There are way too many people staying in the hotel for the breakfast area. Lines were long...then u get up to the counter and most of the food was gone. Staff unable to accommodate a hotel of that size. The staff was very friendly . BAD The ac in my room smelled like mildew really bad. The shower leaked. The hotel was totally packed so no where to move. Asked to be on 1st floor but was on 2nd. The door handle to the side door broke off...so you had to walk all the way ar... read more
