Good Airport shuttle should run later at night. $30.00 standard cab rate for the short ride was rediculous. Rather give it to a hotel staff.

Good The printers in the business center weren't working. When I went to the front desk to inform them, the manager had me email what I needed printed to them, which I appreciated. Then, she disappeared. I stood at the non-busy front desk for a solid 7 minutes before being re-addressed. I was less than impressed with the customer service on how that situation was handled. Room was comfortable and quiet. Breakfast had a good variety.

Pleasant The hotel was dirty, room, bathroom corridors. Poor quality wifi. Breakfast is just unhealthy food. despite being close to the highway, the room was quiet. free parking
