the room was nice no enforcement of mask during covid outbreak, too many people gathered together at breakfast, no mask close to airport

Buena ubicación, mala atención. Al llegar al hotel nos enteramos que no incluía limpieza (por increíble que parezca), tuvimos que rogar y sólo nos hicieron el cuarto en uno de los tres días que ahí estuvimos; personal del hotel decía que sólo se hace en reservaciones de más de 5 dias. Asimismo, es importante resaltar que primero nos asignaron un cuarto que APESTABA a cigarro y nos tuvieron que cambiar. Excelente Ubicación.
