Great value for your money One thing I had trouble with was the key for the room. I think it was because i kept the key inside the case of my phone, but it messed up with the functionality of the key. I had to go to the front desk to get it activated again. The other thing I didn’t like was that one of the lights didnt work, but it wasn’t a big deal. Other than that, everything was fine. I liked that they gave me my room before the check in hours. Good Shuttle times have been adjusted since my last stay and required me to Uber to the airport. Very disappointing. When we came back from the airport to the hotel, the shuttle driver opened the back door of the shuttle and stepped back and did not assist with my bags. After we got to the hotel, she didn't open any of the shuttle doors or help with the luggage. I have been a loyal LQ member for nearly 30 years and it seems like they are struggling to get back to their Pre-pandemic quality of service. Very disappointing. Wil... read more

it was awsome what i didnt like is they stopped giving hot breakfast , but we understand the pandemic is causing alot of changes we loved the room , and we enjoyed the swimming pool and the staff was very helpful in giving us towels and clean sheet that we meaded. every time we left the hotel the staff was always smiling and the would greet you with respect we have decide to make this hotel our main location to use when we travel to the san Antonio area . thank you
Awesome In the room we were assigned we found a cockroach on the bed, you hanged our room but that fact was unpleasant the comfort of their beds and the proximity to the airport
