Great place to stay! The pillows were a little lumpy The staff was so friendly and happy and actually seem to like their jobs. I also really appreciated the shuttle service to more places than just the airport. That was a great benefit to me and I really appreciated it.
Exceptional La tranquilidad, el servicio de transpote que nos ofrecio el hotel durante las vacaciones y su ubicación, eso fue lo que mas nos gusto.

Disappointing Very dirty, needs to be updated. Carpets are very dirty, especially at elevators. Close to North Star Mall and other restaraunts.

Decent, lots of traffic When requesting a room that will accomdate 4, olease make sure the third party booking sites know how big your fold out couches are. The twin size fold out did not accomodate 2 kids It was nice but the fold out xouch did not accomodate two kids like the website said it would. We used booking.com and the room really only could accomodate 3 so we had to get a roll away which made the room very crowded. This was not the hotels fault to my knowledge.
