Pleasant The beds were not comfortable and we the shampoo and body wash bottles were empty. The staff is very friendly

My wife and I were were very impressed and it was a great stay! A few issues with teenagers running and laughing out loud in the hallways between 2:00 -3:30 am on one night. We forgot to let the hotel staff know about this. No other noted issues. The customer service was the best we’ve received to-date. Why? We had an issue with our booking.com and payment card. Alex (front desk) was amazing and extremely patient every step to help resolve our issue. He even retrieved a 1-800 number for us to call our digital card issuer. Wi... read more

Very Good El sofa cama y los muebles de las habitaciones son muy viejos y la.hora del desayuno es un desastre, demasiadas personas, pocas mesas y mucha fila para tomar los alimentos, se mantiene muy sucia esa area mientras es la hora del desayuno. La recepcionista Rose es un encanto, muy dulce y amable.

Good That my door frame was broken and it was hard to get in and out of the room. It was closed to the venue
