Exceptional El día que llegamos, tardaron mucho en recogernos, y el Sr.(masculino) que nos llevó al hotel nos aventó las maletas de un lado, y yo lleve a mis papas que son adultos mayores y se me hizo de mal gusto. Ubicación, personal, servicio , la Sra. Socorro que nos llevó al aeropuerto cuando terminó nuestra estancia en hotel, nos ayudó mucho con mis padres, que son adultos Mayores.
I would refer this location to others. Phone did not work for wake up call. Bed good. Registration quick. Shuttle to local restaurants and airport were a major plus. Property appeared clean. Front desk clerk provided us with fruit and muffin, even though the breakfast area was not open for us before we had to leave for the airport.
Nice airport hotel! The shuttle driver picked us up at the airport and also took us to the local mall nearby which was really convenient. We came in to surprise a family member for a birthday so we didn't have a way to get around before we met our party. It was such an excellent service. Hotel was clean and fresh looking, comfortable and staff was helpful and friendly. They also had coffee going all day in the lobby which was a plus!
