We had a very good stay except for the hot water problem. We didn't have hot water for awhile for our shower on the first morning we were there. I reported it to front desk and they promptly sent a maintenance man up. He checked it out but there was nothing he could do because it was due to the high volume of hot water that was being used in other rooms. We just had to wait until the hot water recovered before we could take a shower. Staff was polite and helpful with everything we needed. Good breakfasts. Everything was nice... read more

Convinient to go to any part of San Antonio and San Marcos for shopping. The access from the freeway is not to easy to find and schedule for the breakfast when you are on vacations. The location and the facility.
