Good location with friendly staff The air conditioning was sometimes was making a funny noise (not big deal), I just unplugged it when not needed Free airport shuttle. Great location and close to many stores, restaurants, Walmart and the North Star Mall within a walking distance. Friendly staff especially Alex who was very helpful during my stay. Good selection of pillows to choose in the room (I had 5 types). Available late check out.

Cost effective, but it shows. Wouldn't be my first choice when staying again. The breakfast was not the best, the eggs were very watery, the waffle batter had a chemical taste to it. It is supposed to be served from 6-10, but when my wife and I came down at 9:25 it was all picked up and they were cleaning the counters. The 7th floor also had a slight cat pee smell. The bed is a bit on the firm side which isn't terrible but if you don't like firm beds it would not be a good night's sleep. The staff was very friendly and easy ... read more
Exceptional Location of eating establishments. I didn’t have a car, so in order to eat at a nonexspensive restaurant I had to walk around the fence through a field that seemed harmless during the day, but as a 5'3" 125 lb over 62 woman having to walk back through the field at night past several homeless people was not safe and very scary The key system.
