Best hotel in San Antonio Nothing The ambience was peaceful as we alighted from the taxi, walking to the front desk, we were greeted with smiling faces from the ladies, especially Kellie, who was on her first day at work. We were given all necessary info especially in regards to breakfast and shuttle. The room was beautiful, airy and very neat. Breakfast was really nice with various options to choose from. We will definitely be coming back here.

Good I didnt like that the new shower leaked water outside the shower. After every shower we had to clean the water everytime using our towels. Room wasnt getting cleaned daily. Hotel was dirty and fixtures were crooked. Elevators need some fixing as they have some graffiti and missing parts on the button area. Fixtures need updating. Breakfast area wasnt being cleaned often. Loved the outlay of the room and the bed sheets and pillows. Loved the update on the bathroom.
