Staff at desk was very patient and worked to resolve w/ booking.com Booking.com did not confirm my reservation date change with the hotel causing much confusion on a very full hotel night! We had to pay again for the room, BUT was later reimbursed by booking.com. I hesitated using booking.com again, but find they can usually provide a little better rate. Great full breakfast.

Good stay no big issues and would recommend. Everything was pretty much okay. No issues. Friendly and accommodating staff. I would recommend a stay here. Only thing I could say would be our TV didn’t work properly (volume) but we did not alert staff as we had such a short stay (less than 12 hours). Not a deal breaker. Very convenient. Very close to airport and the shuttle worked out well. I saw there was laundry room for guests to use and they had a breakfast until 9am. All looked pretty clean.

Front Desk Clerk and Shuttle Driver were awesome. Supervisor, NOT SO MUCH! When ready to check in, front desk clerk indicated the water was off due to waterline break. When asked if I would get charged for my night if I cancelled my reservation, the supervisor was Very SNOTTY and told me I would be charged whether I stayed there or not. Check in clerk was extremely helpful. Location was close to Airport. Shuttle Driver went ABOVE and BEYOND to make sure my trip to the airport was pleasant.

We have stayed in this hotel at least 3-4 times and it has always been a pleasant experience, but since our last booking The bathroom may need an update, some stains are visible. We were placed on floor 8 where there was construction happening, so we were woken up pretty early to the noises and the construction workers were walking back and forth across the hallways.
