Pretty good! Our AC cut off for a long time. We couldn’t figure it out, but it came back on at night which made it miserable throughout the day. Our TV would not connect to the DIRECTV we called. They said they would send somebody, but then that person left and we had to deal with continuous interruption with the DIRECTV. our sink in the bathroom, sprayed water out from it and flooded the floor, the toilet had issues as well but it’s still flushed. It was nice to see that customer service still matters. Breakfast was great. eggs, bacon or sausage, waffles, and other items. Coffee always available. Rooms were nice. Bathrooms clean. Staff was very friendly.
