great stay the breakfast there was not enough or too many people mostly everything

Dear Isela, We are very happy to see that you had a "great stay". I apologize for the experience that you had a breakfast, during the summer months our breakfast does get very crowded and our ladies do try very hard to make sure that we do keep items available on the buffet.
Clean and comfortable Initially room smelt musty - coming from air conditioning unit. Maybe filters need changed. Use air freshner to make room welcoming. Breakfast was good. Pool area was clean, water was clean.

Excellent Pillows Room size

Our head housekeeper will check the pillows from your room to make sure that if they are damaged we can have them removed. Our front desk does have several pillow options - feather, non-feather, fluffy, flat, etc. available for all of our guests. Wonderful TV did not work/ directv. Flight got in late, therefore we got in late about 2am. No discount or special fee for late comers. Stayed only one night. Quietness
Exceptional The room was clean and roomy. Love the high ceilings.

Great price! Great place. The back door by the pool was never locked or shut. Neither was the pool gate. Just did not feel very secure, imo. Our room was super clean and the staff was very helpful and kind.

Fair My family and i checked in on Thursday and stayed 3 nights till sunday morning. I requested our rm. Be cleaned well we were out but when we got back rm. Was still the same , ok no problem i went to the front desk to at least got some clean towels Again the next day we went and again we requested our rm. Be cleaned .well we where out .After being out all day my family and just wanted to get to the hotel rm. Take a shower and relax but to our surprise the our rm. The stay was great overall Breakfast didn't offer cooked oatmeal, only bagged instant. Great staff, comfortable beds, workout room, business center.
