Could’ve been better I got a room in 4th floor and elevator stopped working after some time. The guy at reception says it will be repaired by tomorrow. SMH.
Poor Elevator wasn’t working and we were on the second floor, restroom wasn’t cleaned well and full of hairs Customer service was good

Both elevators was out of service. I had to walk up and down the stairs from the fourth floor that was not cool. Elevators was broke Good location
Find another hotel Outside landscaping wasn’t done properly a year ago. On side and back was dangers holes dug in pass and only covered with thin sheet of tin. The inside cleanliness,was afraid to lay my cleaned clothes down to fold. I asked if it gets cleaned. Wasn’t cleaners job. Good for a one night stay. Laundry room FILTHY, was told cleaning people not paid to fully clean your room while you are occupying a room. Our dirty towels remained on floor the whole four days. Never swept or mopped. Good for a very short amount of time other than that not recommending that particular location!! Lots of things were broken especially the elevator. The pool area looked dirty and our door would not close properly!!! We told them that we needed our room cleaned and it was done but since our door didn’t close correctly (it was left partially opened) I could just open the door without a key. The only two things good about this place was the breakfast and location to our event!
