I stayed here the week of Thanksgiving and it was wonderful. With all due respect to the negative reviewers, my family didn't experience what you did. The housekeepers were great and we always had a clean room with plenty of towels and coffee. Breakfast was amazing and very delicious. But the bright spot for me was Destiny's smiling 😊 face at the Front Desk. She is perfect for her job! She was very professional, outgoing and just really nice. She really made our stay a pleasure. Floor is peeling up. Front desk number is 0 but doesn't ring. Breakfast was 7am-10am but when we came down at 8 the door was locked. Shower had almost no water pressure and tub was deathly slippery when the soft water, soap, and the slick floor was mixed. Mattress had me waking up multiple times throughout the night shuffling around and finding a way to avoid back pain. This being a "2 star" hotel is a stretch. I expected way more than for what I paid. You can tell the rooms are not properly cleaned. The windows in the restroom and living area where dirty. The floors where also very dirty. I waited about 5 minutes before they attended me at the front desk. Another big problem was another guest walked into our room while me and my husband where watching TV. The front desk gave another guest our key to our room and luckily we where in the room because god knows what could have happened if we weren't. But that was a big big mistake fo... read more

You get what you pay for. The rooms were not as clean as I would have liked. If you walk around barefoot your feet will eventually have dirt caked on them. Had to request a different room because our first one had a horrible smell that stung your nose after a while, pretty sure it was ammonia from urine. The lady at the front desk was nothing but sweet and helpful! The breakfast was great. You can tell they don’t clean the rooms very well as we found two pieces of clothes behind the mattress by the headboard. Makes me wonder... read more

This hotel needs a serious improvement on management, rooms and aesthetic . My room was dirty and looked like it had been just sweeped really quickly . There were hairs on the bed , the restroom and tub . Toilet was forever overflowing and shower head busted making water come out with no stopping . I had to clean up the water and then use a plunger to try to see if the toilet was clogged .
