Our room was dirty. Pet hair on bed, carpet and in bathroom. A cut human nail on bathroom floor and found black hairs on the bed sheets. It did not look like it was clean at all. Customer service was good though

Clean rooms, comfortable over all, good location for my reason for staying there. I think you should designate areas for people with small children to stay. 2 of the 3 nights I was there, small children were screaming, yelling, running, and banging the walls next door to me. The second night was not just late in the evening, but again about 1 AM. The woman staying in the room on the other side shared the same experience. I like everything about the hotel and room itself.

Nice hotel!! The entrance is not very well marked! Very convenient to Kirkland and Bellevue—amazing access to SR 520!

Exceptional Online it said there would be breakfast, but when I arrived they told us breakfast still isn’t being served. We were bummed because there aren’t a ton of breakfast places close by, and we didn’t know the area.

Breakfast selection is very limited and ran out if show up towards the end of breakfast time. Location is convenient and quiet. Staff service quality varies, depends on who you got.
