Front desk staff were super friendly & helpful...called or room about 10mins after we checked in to make sure everything was ok & make sure we were happy with accommodations! Great customer service!! Very clean & comfy rooms...breakfast was great too!! Would definitely come back here again!

I picked it because of it’s close proximity to Seattle Children’s Hospital (Bellevue location) because my son had a very early appointment. It was very easy to get there and took under 10 minutes. It was also very close to restaurants and activities. It was REALLY expensive though. It seemed fairly clean but the bathroom had some plaster pieces on the floor and hair on the counter which made me wonder how well it was cleaned.
