The staff was helpful and always had a smile. The hotel was clean and the cleaning crew did a great job every day.

First room was not very clean (dirty sheets, makeup on the counter, bathroom not swept...); looked like it had been made up for someone's extended stay, not for a new customer. Second room was already occupied (awkward!) Third time was the charm. Service for first 2 rooms was lackluster; the gentleman who helped with the third assignment was very apologetic and was sure to phone the room to make sure we were satisfied. Breakfast was good, but was very difficult to find seating with the number of people staying in the hotel. ... read more
