Great location Let’s update the carpets every where and lobby furniture. As much guest traffic as we witnessed, there’s a great need to update and clean up the appearance of the rooms and common areas Continental breakfast was really good! Nice variety of items to choose from . Front desk was helpful with suggestions for sightseeing. Great location to walk the city

A very pleasant stay. A nice place to return to after a days sightseeing, Nothing, All good. Not intended to be a criticism but would it be possible for the hotel to arrange for a taxi to collect patrons from local places of arrival. I ask this as we arrived at Westlake Station at about 20.30, I, mistakenly, thought it would be easy to find a taxi, or at least a phone number. I could not find either. Good place to explore Seattle from before and after an Alaskan Cruise Old ugly weird building and entrance to it was poorly designed - difficult to get in and out. The location of the hotel; how friendly and accommodating the staff was; the breakfast; beds were comfortable.
