Excellent!! Hotel only accepted credit card payment. Hotel may need to do renovation. The location of the hotel is very strategic. Many restaurants, stores, and public transport stop points. Very near to Space Needle, walking distance. Dave, in the reception was delivered excellent service.
Pleasant staffs are kind! the lights of room and corridors are dark. it makes bad first impression of the hotel.

Outstanding staff and facility--we heartily recommend this hotel! Hand towel bars next to the sinks would be appreciated. This may have been the best hotel experience we've ever had! We drove into the city in the morning, hoping to be able to store our luggage and park at the hotel. The hotel manager was at the front desk greeting guests, along with Dave, the desk attendant, We had booked a King suite and Dave was able to allow us to not only park our car in their underground garage facility, but also to check into our room ... read more

Genial Todo me gustó Buena ubicación. Cercano a las atracciones como el Space Needle. No esperaba tanta variedad en el desayuno. Estuvo excelente.

Perfect for our trip to Seattle! The rates were a little bit high for us but, we actually got a good deal for the Seattle area at the time. The accommodations were very nice n clean, The front desk folks were awesome and last but not least the Continental Breakfast was the best ever! The service man at breakfast was real helpful and attentive. Location was perfect. Loved our 2 night stay we would recommend and stay there again.
