You get what you pay for Breakfast could be varied, and parking cheaper. The receptionists are genuinely American - don't expect them to multitask. The location was perfect; very clean rooms, with air conditioner. Parking was convenient, safer, and slightly cheaper than the nearby options. The beds were comfortable. They offered complimentary commodities we needed. Breakfast was nice on the first day but tiring to have for a week. They have a few microwavable food options, yoghurts, some fruits and waffles. Good value. Breakfast ran out of Toast, Coffee and selected jam and some people weren’t as fast as others to refill. No Roomservice every day, we had to ask at front Desk. Dont know if that is still related to Covid 19 or not. Convenient location to walk downtown or to Space Needle. Staff at the Front Desk was more than helpful! Washer & Dryer in site which is a big plus when travelling with Kids!

awesome location, staff was super. we were in town for the NY Giants football game. excellent front desk staff especially the lady when we checked in. she showed us everything on a map of places to go to. the hotel was centrally located to all your tourist attractions in the area. will definitely stay here again.

A real steal for the price! Great location, comfy clean rooms and the friendliest staff ever. Coffee available in libby The staff were outstanding... Friendly and helpful and provided information about the local history. Rooms nice and clean.
