Very Good breakfast included a wide variety of options; The room was kept sparkling clean during our visits. Front Desk Staff were awesome. The location was great. we could walk to most of the places we planned to visit.

Excellent!! Hotel only accepted credit card payment. Hotel may need to do renovation. The location of the hotel is very strategic. Many restaurants, stores, and public transport stop points. Very near to Space Needle, walking distance. Dave, in the reception was delivered excellent service.

Pleasant staffs are kind! the lights of room and corridors are dark. it makes bad first impression of the hotel.

Outstanding staff and facility--we heartily recommend this hotel! Hand towel bars next to the sinks would be appreciated. This may have been the best hotel experience we've ever had! We drove into the city in the morning, hoping to be able to store our luggage and park at the hotel. The hotel manager was at the front desk greeting guests, along with Dave, the desk attendant, We had booked a King suite and Dave was able to allow us to not only park our car in their underground garage facility, but also to check into our room ... read more
