Aging building has top notch staff to serve you. The building needs a floor by floor update in order to stay relevant. Its competition over in Victoria is not the Empress, but the Chateau Victoria based on location alone (for La Quinta, within walking distance of the Space Needle and all of that lovely park). The La Quinta has a wonderful Thai restaurant right next door. When the facility space matches the effort of staff to make it the best, this place will be a Seattle favorite for sure. Great Location for walking around the city! Breakfast was great! And we loved watching the puffer fish in the lobby fish tank! Location is great! Walking distance to both the space needle area and Pikes Market!

Excellent value and location The breakfast was great!!! The location was perfect ! The place was great but there is construction across the road so it was a little noisy and a little hard to access the entrance easily.
Alright. The address on the map app took us to the other 8th avenue, a local helped us to get there so we appreciate the person. The picture in the bathroom was dirty on the glass. Smooth check-in, immediate respond.
