It was fine. The male staff was not very friendly. They weren't very helpful because they were busy. It wasn't until checkout that a female staff person was able to explain the transit system. (Actually, the people on the street who were supposed to help tourist didn't even understand it, either.) There was massive construction across the street from the hotel and the hotel itself was undergoing a paint job. Room was nice. Breakfast was ok.
Excellent Vending machines not work and convenience store didn’t have bottled water. Breakfast. Lots of choices helpful staff
great check out being 11am instead of noon beds were comfy and loved the balcony
It was nice enough but very pricy and I hope a remodel is on the horizon.

Pleasant The huge construction site across the street was very noisy. We were awakened early every morning and even on the weekend. The sink area is so small and no room for toiletries, etc. Overall, the rooms are pretty small for two adults and a child. The location is close to downtown, space needle , etc. We walked everywhere from our hotel and it was not too far.
