Exceptional No street level signage and limited parking available as well as additional cost for parking Double headed shower with massage option was extremely nice

Good The drop off area at the entrance is single-lane and rushes the loading unloading process. The space taken up for outdoor seating was used by people in the street or from adjoining businesses to gather and smoke their weed... which is offensive to non-smokers who do not like the smell of tobacco or weed. Would suggest they take out the seating area and widen the drive-thru drop off area at the entrance to solve both problems. The reception staff was so so...
